Promotion Period. The sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“EST”) on 5/1/2023, and ends at 12:00 AM EST on 12/2/2024 (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the sweepstakes.

In order to be eligible for entry, individuals must be (a) at least the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence; (b) a legal resident of the 50 United States; and a current customer of Grow Financial. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Officers, directors, employees, and the immediate family members of such persons associated with Sponsor are ineligible. The sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, municipal, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the sweepstakes. Winning a prize (defined below) is contingent upon selected Entrant fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
How to Enter. During the Promotion Period, individuals may enter using one of the following two methods:
- Payment Card Entry: During the Promotion Period and any additional, qualifying promotion period subject to these rules, an eligible entrant may enter this Promotion by using his/her/their Grow Financial Debit or Credit Visa to make a qualifying donation (“Payment Card Entry”). Entries are evidenced by a “Game Piece”. Each entrant will receive one “Game Piece” per qualifying donation. A qualifying donation is a purchase that has been processed and accepted by the merchant and has been authorized by the entrant to be rounded up to the next dollar as a charitable donation. The charitable organization will receive 100% of the donation, less processing fees and will put 50% of this amount toward the prize pool,. This donation may, but will not necessarily, include tips, holds, and deposits related to the qualifying donation. In addition, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant attempting to enter through this method of entry whose transaction is rescinded, withdrawn, not completed, or otherwise not finalized prior to the awarding of a Game Piece. The entrant’s payment card must remain active, and in good standing through the Promotion Period and the awarding of the prizes.
- Free Online Entry: An eligible entrant may enter this Promotion without making a purchase or donation. To enter online (“Online Entry”), an entrant must send an entry which includes entrant’s name, home address, phone number, and email address by online form located here. Each entry must complete the simple, online form. One free online entry per person.
Conditions Applicable to All Entries. Each time a qualifying donation is made, the entrant accrues a corresponding amount of round-up change in their balance (determined by rounding their purchase payment to the next whole dollar amount. Digital AMOE entries do not accrue donation amounts. Shortly after the completion of each month, the total accrued round-up amounts are charged to the entrant’s card. No charges are made to digital AMOE entries. The net proceeds (net of processing and administrative fees) of the round up amounts will be split by the charity with 50% comprising the prize pool.
Any use of mechanical, robotic, repetitive, automatic, pre-printed, duplicated, programmed, script, macro, or any other automated means or similar entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, contest-entry services or multiple or different email addresses, identities, registrations or logins) is prohibited and will void all entries submitted by that entrant if discovered by Sponsor. Entrants must use their own name. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entry at any time that in Sponsor’s opinion does not comply with these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, incomplete, damaged, illegible, late, postage-due, or misdirected entries, or for errors in mechanical transmission, unavailability of phone lines or connections, cellular phone service, or any other technical malfunctions or inability to transmit messages or entries. Received entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.
Winner Selection. This is an instant-win sweepstakes where winners are determined at random at the time of entry. Each entry is randomly allocated a “Game Piece” evidencing their entry. A pre-selected number of these randomly issued Game Pieces are “instant-winner” Game Pieces. Entrants who are randomly issued an instant winner Game Piece win the prize associated with that instant Winner Game Piece. See “Prize” section of these rules for description of instant-winner prizes.
Winner Notification, and Verification. Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winners by email or by phone within 10 to 14 days of the end of the Promotion, or sooner, at Sponsor’s discretion. Each potential winner must redeem a winning prize within ninety (90) days of receiving notice they have won a prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, or returned prize notifications. Awarding of prize is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Potential prize winners may be asked to complete, sign, and return the Affidavit of Eligibility, Waiver of Liability and Publicity Release form (TN residents need not sign Publicity Release) and, if so, do so within five business days of the time Sponsor sends such document to winners. All activity arising out of and relating to the sweepstakes, including any reference to an entrant’s status as a “winner,” is subject to verification and/or auditing for compliance with the Official Rules at Sponsor’s discretion, and by participating in the sweepstakes entrants agree to cooperate with Sponsor concerning such verification and/or auditing. By entering or accepting a prize, each entrant and each winner consents to Sponsor’s use of his or her name, photograph, likeness, voice, opinions, information, biographical information, hometown and jurisdiction of residence for publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation where permitted by law. (TN residents need not to consent.) If a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, if a potential winner does not redeem an instant win prize within ninety (90) business days of first notification attempt, if a prize notification or attempted notification is returned as undeliverable, if a potential winner is deemed ineligible for any reason, if a potential winner fails to sign and return required documents and provide required identification by the deadlines established by Sponsor, or if a potential winner declines prize offered, the prize will be forfeited and will not be awarded.
