Joe Capone attended the University of Tampa and obtained a bachelor’s degree in accounting. He started with Grow Financial as an accounting intern in the summer of 2022. Upon graduating from UT, Joe began his career in the financial services industry. He has a strong passion for financial planning and helping individuals work towards their financial goals, with a particular focus on reducing lifetime tax liability through tax mitigation strategies.

Joe currently holds his SIE, Florida 214 insurance license, and Series 6, 7, 65, and 66 licenses. In his free time, Joe enjoys going to the beach and pool, playing golf and pickleball, and volunteering at local animal shelters.
