• Custom alerts. Want to be notified about transactions of a certain type or over a certain amount? You can customize your alerts so you’ll always be informed.
• Card on/off. Turn your card on or off at any time directly from your phone or desktop.
• Travel notices. Planning a trip? Let us know that you’ll be using your card in an unfamiliar zip code to ensure uninterrupted use during your trip.
• Transaction restrictions. Need to block a certain category of purchases? You can customize restrictions for where and how your card can be used.

How to use the Card Manager tool

1. Log in to Grow Online Banking or Grow Mobile Banking.
2. Select Tools from the main menu, then select Card Manager.
3. Hover your cursor over your card’s image and select Manage Card (from desktop) or swipe left or right to navigate to the correct card (from the mobile app).
4. Select Alerts & Controls to set up the custom settings for your card.

What happened to the Grow CardManager app?

We discontinued the Grow CardManager app as of November 4, 2024, to provide a better experience for our members. All the card management features you know and love about the old app are now seamlessly integrated into Grow Online and Mobile Banking.

Does the new Card Manager tool do everything the CardManager app could do?

Yes. All the features (and more!) are available in Grow Online and Mobile Banking. Navigate to the new Card Manager tool to explore the functionality and adjust your settings, such as transaction restrictions, custom alerts and more.
