Grow Moves Up to #8 on Fortune Best Workplaces in Financial Services & Insurance™ 2020
Our team has pulled together with a common focus during this challenging time: continuing to serve and support our members as best we can. Amid all that’s going on in the world right now, the news that we’ve moved up to #8 on the FORTUNE Best Workplaces in Financial Services and Insurance™ list is especially exciting! Last year, we were ranked #11.
To create the rankings, Great Place to Work® surveyed 782,000 employees working in the financial services and insurance industry with more than 60 questions about their trust in the organization, professional development opportunities, daily experiences of innovation, the company’s values and the effectiveness of their leaders. The survey results reflect that our team members are happy, engaged and truly enjoy their day-to-day. In fact, 94% of our team members said Grow is a great place to work, compared to the 59% national average. Some of the most common words they used to describe the Grow culture? Family culture. Diverse. Fun.
“The organization proactively seeks to create a companywide culture of collaboration and innovation,” said Chief Human Resources Officer Kimberly Woollard. “A focus on diversity and inclusion guides organizational decisions at both the strategic level and in our day-to-day.” Woollard, who serves on the Board of Directors for the Florida Diversity Council, recognizes the importance of individual contributions to the team culture at Grow. “Every team member contributes to the family-feel that’s the heart of our culture. We want our staff makeup to reflect the community and for all voices to be heard. We want every team member to be part of the family here.”
One Grow team member said, “This is the first job I have had where I truly feel I could be here for the long haul. I love our motto: We serve people, not profit. This is very much true.”
The culture of an organization both creates and is created by the experience of its team members. With over 550 team members here at Grow, it is exciting to see that the culture everyone has worked so diligently to create is genuinely enabling our organization to thrive and improve. We are thankful to all team members who contribute every day to make Grow a Great Place to Work®!

How to Find Your Routing & Account Numbers
When you make a payment online, by phone or on a mobile device, you may be asked for our routing number and your checking account number. Credit unions and banks use these numbers to identify accounts and make sure money gets where it’s supposed to be. You’ll also need to provide your routing and checking account numbers for:
- Direct deposits
- Electronic checks
- Military allotments
- Wire transfers
Where to Find Your Routing & Checking Account Numbers
Your personal checks include both our routing number and your account number, as shown on the Grow check example below.
Don’t have a Grow check? No worries.
Visit any Grow store and ask for a Direct Deposit Form. It lists both your routing number and checking account number.
Making a Loan Payment
When it comes to making payments, we try to make it as painless as possible to pay your loan every month. We have several different ways to pay, including convenient online options.
Pay Online
You have two ways to pay online by transferring funds from another bank or credit union.
- Grow Online Banking (Preferred payment method for any loan)
This is the simplest way to pay your loan. You can make one-time payments or set up automatic recurring payments in Grow Online Banking. Once you log in, select “Transfer/Payments” from the menu. If you’re not enrolled in Grow Online Banking yet, you can set up your account in just a few minutes.
