Amid all that’s going on in the world right now, the news that we’ve moved up to #8 on the FORTUNE Best Workplaces in Financial Services and Insurance™ list is especially exciting! Last year, we were ranked #11.

To create the rankings, Great Place to Work^® surveyed 782,000 employees working in the financial services and insurance industry with more than 60 questions about their trust in the organization, professional development opportunities, daily experiences of innovation, the company’s values and the effectiveness of their leaders. The survey results reflect that our team members are happy, engaged and truly enjoy their day-to-day. In fact, 94% of our team members said Grow is a great place to work, compared to the 59% national average. Some of the most common words they used to describe the Grow culture? Family culture. Diverse. Fun.

“The organization proactively seeks to create a companywide culture of collaboration and innovation,” said Chief Human Resources Officer Kimberly Woollard. “A focus on diversity and inclusion guides organizational decisions at both the strategic level and in our day-to-day.” Woollard, who serves on the Board of Directors for the Florida Diversity Council, recognizes the importance of individual contributions to the team culture at Grow. “Every team member contributes to the family-feel that’s the heart of our culture.
