Grow Financial Hosts High-School Students for Job Shadowing Day
At Grow Financial, we’re committed to giving back to the youth in our community. One way we do that is by sharing our expertise and engaging students through events like job shadowing days. Grow’s Youth & Schools Committee led by Jason Moss, Chief Retail Officer, partnered with Junior Achievement of Tampa Bay to host 25 high-school students for the day on February 11.
“The Grow culture has a tremendous passion for kids, and we’re delighted to give back through our partnership with Junior Achievement. These are smart kids with aspirations to go on and do more. Hosting a job shadowing day gives them a real-life example of what they might see in their future,” Moss said.
These students came to Grow excited to get a glimpse of how the lessons learned in the classroom are carried over into a career. They were given an introduction to our overall business and a tour of the corporate office. Then they split up to shadow in different departments to gain some insight into our day-to-day business.
One student, Zaria Guerard, came to the job shadowing day hoping to gain some knowledge and see how a real office environment works. She found lots of similarities in our work and her experience in DECA. She even used the opportunity to seek advice in preparing for an upcoming DECA event.
“It’s cool to see how the skills I’ve learned through DECA are actually helping me be better prepared for my future career,” Guerard said.
Career readiness and financial literacy are two necessary skills for today’s youth, and this job shadowing day was an excellent opportunity for Grow team members to help in preparing students for the demands of the future.
We’re proud to play a role in shaping the future of local students and help Junior Achievement fulfill their mission of empowering young people to own their economic success.

How to Find Your Routing & Account Numbers
When you make a payment online, by phone or on a mobile device, you may be asked for our routing number and your checking account number. Credit unions and banks use these numbers to identify accounts and make sure money gets where it’s supposed to be. You’ll also need to provide your routing and checking account numbers for:
- Direct deposits
- Electronic checks
- Military allotments
- Wire transfers
Where to Find Your Routing & Checking Account Numbers
Your personal checks include both our routing number and your account number, as shown on the Grow check example below.
Don’t have a Grow check? No worries.
Visit any Grow store and ask for a Direct Deposit Form. It lists both your routing number and checking account number.
Making a Loan Payment
When it comes to making payments, we try to make it as painless as possible to pay your loan every month. We have several different ways to pay, including convenient online options.
