Grow Financial Named One of the 2018 Best Small & Medium Workplaces by Great Place to Work and FORTUNE
Great Place to Work® and FORTUNE have honored Grow Financial as one of the 2018 Best Small & Medium Workplaces. The ranking considered more than 112,000 employee surveys from small and medium-sized companies, and Grow took the 88th spot on the national list. But this isn’t the first time Grow, led by CEO Robert Fisher, has been featured by Great Place to Work, with previous appearances on lists in 2015, 2016 and 2017.
“What we have achieved as a corporate culture resonates far beyond our market areas, and is the true measure of our success,” Fisher said. “I am especially proud of our dedication to providing our members and team members with the opportunity to live their life beyond the everyday.”
Great Place to Work, a global people analytics and consulting firm, evaluated more than 50 elements of Grow team members’ experience on the job. These included the extent to which employees trust leaders, the respect with which people are treated, the fairness of workplace decisions and how much camaraderie there is among the team.
Rankings on the list are based on survey feedback and reward companies who best include all employees, no matter who they are or what they do. Grow’s Chief Human Resources Officer Kim Woollard oversees a number of employee programs and activities to benefit team members across the organization.
“We are proud to be recognized by our people for being among the 2018 Best Small and Medium Workplaces,” Woollard said. “With the development of our organic personal and professional leadership programs we have continued to create and embrace a culture of continued learning, growth and celebration.”

How to Find Your Routing & Account Numbers
When you make a payment online, by phone or on a mobile device, you may be asked for our routing number and your checking account number. Credit unions and banks use these numbers to identify accounts and make sure money gets where it’s supposed to be. You’ll also need to provide your routing and checking account numbers for:
- Direct deposits
- Electronic checks
- Military allotments
- Wire transfers
Where to Find Your Routing & Checking Account Numbers
Your personal checks include both our routing number and your account number, as shown on the Grow check example below.
Don’t have a Grow check? No worries.
Visit any Grow store and ask for a Direct Deposit Form. It lists both your routing number and checking account number.
Making a Loan Payment
When it comes to making payments, we try to make it as painless as possible to pay your loan every month. We have several different ways to pay, including convenient online options.
Pay Online
You have two ways to pay online by transferring funds from another bank or credit union.
- Grow Online Banking (Preferred payment method for any loan)
This is the simplest way to pay your loan. You can make one-time payments or set up automatic recurring payments in Grow Online Banking. Once you log in, select “Transfer/Payments” from the menu. If you’re not enrolled in Grow Online Banking yet, you can set up your account in just a few minutes.
