Grow Financial Named Among Best Workplaces for Women by Great Place to Work and FORTUNE
Great Place to Work® and FORTUNE have selected Grow Financial as one of the Best Workplaces for Women for the first time.
To determine the Best Workplaces for Women, Great Place to Work analyzed anonymous survey feedback representing more than 4.6 million employees. Grow took the 25th spot on the 2019 list.
“In addition to being consistently recognized as a Best Small & Medium Workplace, we’re thrilled to have been named this year as a Best Workplace for Women,” Kim Woollard, Grow’s Chief Human Resources Officer, said. “We’re proud of the culture we’ve created that promotes diversity and ultimately provides women equal opportunity for achievement.”
Grow hosts an annual Women in Leadership Panel where local businesswomen share their experiences and give advice for future advancement. In 2019, this inspiring event coincided with Women’s History Month and recognized the role female leaders play in today’s workplace with the theme “Women Leading the Way.”
Efforts to support women in all stages of their careers extend beyond the office as well. We’re proud to support the Girls Scouts of West Central Florida and their Career Café which hosts free job-hunting skills workshops for young women in high school or college.
Woollard is also passionate about helping the Tampa Bay Young Women’s Leadership Symposium fulfill their mission of promoting and developing future business leaders by giving young women access to mentors and businesses that support their goals. She has served as co-chair for 11 years and enjoys sharing her leadership with high school students who attend the symposium.
Great Place to Work, the global authority on workplace culture, relies on what women self-report in a 60-question survey about their workplace, and how those responses compare to those of men reporting on the same workplace, for the majority of the ranking.
Also considered in the ranking is how well women are represented in the total workforce. At Grow, we are pleased to showcase the talents of a workforce boasting a female-employee majority. Women are featured prominently across all levels and play an important role in fulfilling our mantra: Be Bold. Be Great. Have Fun.
“Our culture is a key driver in our success. Not only do our team members embrace our member-focused mentality which sets us apart in the level of service we provide, but also through their celebration of our diversity, they make Grow a place where I truly enjoy coming to work every day,” Woollard said.
Great Place to Work offers the only national recognition program for workplaces based on a rigorous methodology and validated employee feedback. We’re proud to be recognized with this honor and of our employees who believe that Grow is a great place to work.

How to Find Your Routing & Account Numbers
When you make a payment online, by phone or on a mobile device, you may be asked for our routing number and your checking account number. Credit unions and banks use these numbers to identify accounts and make sure money gets where it’s supposed to be. You’ll also need to provide your routing and checking account numbers for:
- Direct deposits
- Electronic checks
- Military allotments
- Wire transfers
Where to Find Your Routing & Checking Account Numbers
Your personal checks include both our routing number and your account number, as shown on the Grow check example below.
Don’t have a Grow check? No worries.
Visit any Grow store and ask for a Direct Deposit Form. It lists both your routing number and checking account number.
