We’ve got some exciting news to share: Grow Financial has been named a 2025 Top Workplace by the Tampa Bay Times for the 14th year in a row, winning third place among large companies! And that’s not all — we also landed a spot on the USA TODAY list of Top Workplaces USA, coming in 47th nationwide.

Fourteen Years and Still Growing

Let’s be honest: after 14 years of recognition, we want to pause and reflect on what makes this continued achievement truly meaningful.

It’s not about trophies or titles. It’s about what happens behind the scenes — team members cheering each other on, celebrating big wins and small moments, and showing up every day ready to make a difference in the lives of our members and the community at large. This award isn’t something we just hang on a wall. It’s something we truly try to live out in our culture, our values and our daily work.

We’re honored to be included among the top employers in Tampa Bay, ranked third among large employers, and even more proud that this award is based entirely on feedback from our own team members. The survey, conducted by Energage, gathers insights on topics such as leadership, communication, workplace flexibility and overall engagement.

That’s right — our local credit union is getting noticed on a national scale (and not for the first time). This award recognizes companies that prioritize people-first cultures, and it’s based on the same anonymous survey that drives the local list.

It’s a significant honor and a reminder that the values we uphold here at Grow resonate far beyond our own backyard.
