Grow Financial Foundation Supports Breast Cancer Awareness Month With ObservaMé®
In support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the Grow Financial Foundation is excited to work with ObservaMé®, a Tampa-based woman and minority-owned business that creates athleisure apparel with a patented unique feature — an opening on the sleeve for your fitness watch — to bring you a special opportunity.
Special ObservaMé® Breast Cancer Awareness Month Apparel
For the month of October, you can enjoy a special selection of merchandise in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Items include men’s and women’s long-sleeve shirts, complete with the patented ObservaMé® watch opening in the sleeve, and a sporty, moisture-wicking headband. The Grow Financial Foundation will match the total sales dollar for dollar with a donation to the American Breast Cancer Foundation (ABCF), up to $10,500, and ObservaMé® will be donating 10% of the proceeds. 100% of these funds will be used to support ABCF’s mission of providing grants for qualified underserved and uninsured individuals who reside in the Tampa Bay region, to receive education, access and financial assistance to aid in the early detection, treatment, and survival of breast cancer, regardless of age, race, or gender.
Get yourself some new athleisure wear today while benefitting ABCF!
You can also find samples of the items in person at three Grow stores: Carrollwood and Pinellas Park in Florida and Lexington in South Carolina.
About ObservaMé®
Former Atlanta attorney Karen Fultz-Robinson founded ObservaMé® in 2016, right here in Tampa. The name means “watch me” in Spanish. Why? It all ties back to the root of an idea that Fultz-Robinson had while on a long-distance run. She realized pulling back your sleeve to check your watch or fitness tracker is cumbersome, especially on colder days. To solve this problem and address a gap in the market, Fultz-Robinson designed a new style of clothing with a slot in the sleeve for easier access to one’s fitness tracker — without breaking stride on your run. Her patented design earned a spot on TIME’s Best Inventions of 2022 list, so don’t miss out on a chance to get your very own watch-opening apparel from ObservaMé®.
The Grow Financial Foundation is so excited to partner with a local woman and minority-owned business to support the American Breast Cancer Foundation and its efforts within the Tampa Bay region during Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The Foundation looks forward to seeing Grow members and team members sporting their new pink shirts and headbands!

How to Find Your Routing & Account Numbers
When you make a payment online, by phone or on a mobile device, you may be asked for our routing number and your checking account number. Credit unions and banks use these numbers to identify accounts and make sure money gets where it’s supposed to be. You’ll also need to provide your routing and checking account numbers for:
- Direct deposits
- Electronic checks
- Military allotments
- Wire transfers
Where to Find Your Routing & Checking Account Numbers
Your personal checks include both our routing number and your account number, as shown on the Grow check example below.
Don’t have a Grow check? No worries.
Visit any Grow store and ask for a Direct Deposit Form. It lists both your routing number and checking account number.
Making a Loan Payment
When it comes to making payments, we try to make it as painless as possible to pay your loan every month. We have several different ways to pay, including convenient online options.
Pay Online
You have two ways to pay online by transferring funds from another bank or credit union.
- Grow Online Banking (Preferred payment method for any loan)
This is the simplest way to pay your loan. You can make one-time payments or set up automatic recurring payments in Grow Online Banking. Once you log in, select “Transfer/Payments” from the menu. If you’re not enrolled in Grow Online Banking yet, you can set up your account in just a few minutes.

- Debit Card or ACH (Available for auto, personal loans and HELOCs)

Pay by Mail
You can also pay any Grow loan by check through the mail. Please remember to include your account number and Grow loan number on the check. (For credit card payments, please do not write your 16-digit credit card number on the check, which can cause a delay in processing the payment.)
