Grow Financial Foundation Sponsors Scholarship Program at the Jingle Bell Bazaar
Happy Holidays! The Grow Financial Foundation sponsored the Fostering a Dream Scholarship at the Fifth Annual Jingle Bell Bazaar at Ybor on Sunday, December 10. This beloved event brought together the vibrant Tampa community to showcase local businesses, spread holiday cheer and, most notably, provide a platform for aspiring entrepreneurs to shine through the Fostering a Dream Scholarship.
Fostering a Dream Scholarship
We love to see young people innovating and dreaming big as young entrepreneurs ready to make a positive impact on their communities. Part of the mission of the Grow Financial Foundation is to support financial literacy and youth education, and they were thrilled to be part of the Fostering a Dream scholarship. The scholarship contest was open to young entrepreneurs aged ten to 21, who were evaluated and selected based on a business video pitch. Submissions spanned a variety of topics, including creative product designs and education strategies. At the Jingle Bell Bazaar, three talented young people were awarded $500 scholarships.
One student pitched his own media company which aims to use the pop culture craze around Pokémon® to teach financial literacy to other students. He shared, “Understanding personal finance is key for life. The earlier you learn about finance, the earlier you can master your career and develop your financial well-being.” As a credit union focused on sharing financial literacy education, we agree!
Linda Archie, Director of Boys 2 Men, Inc., said, “By championing the dreams of young entrepreneurs, we cultivate a culture of innovation, resilience and ambition. This scholarship is a cornerstone for building a community where youthful creativity ignites lasting change, fostering a generation of leaders who will shape and elevate our shared future. The scholarship program is sowing the seeds of empowerment and prosperity, ensuring that the dreams of today’s young visionaries blossom into the triumphs of tomorrow. The generous support from Grow Financial Foundation provided an opportunity not just to fund dreams but also to nurture aspirations, fuel innovation and foster the entrepreneurial spirit in our youth.”

How to Find Your Routing & Account Numbers
When you make a payment online, by phone or on a mobile device, you may be asked for our routing number and your checking account number. Credit unions and banks use these numbers to identify accounts and make sure money gets where it’s supposed to be. You’ll also need to provide your routing and checking account numbers for:
- Direct deposits
- Electronic checks
- Military allotments
- Wire transfers
Where to Find Your Routing & Checking Account Numbers
Your personal checks include both our routing number and your account number, as shown on the Grow check example below.
Don’t have a Grow check? No worries.
Visit any Grow store and ask for a Direct Deposit Form. It lists both your routing number and checking account number.
Making a Loan Payment
When it comes to making payments, we try to make it as painless as possible to pay your loan every month. We have several different ways to pay, including convenient online options.

This is the simplest way to pay your loan. You can make one-time payments or set up automatic recurring payments in Grow Online Banking. Once you log in, select “Transfer/Payments” from the menu. If you’re not enrolled in Grow Online Banking yet, you can set up your account in just a few minutes.
