Loan Officer
Office: 813.837.2451, ext. 3103
Email: naomi.tillman@growfinancial.org
NMLS# 756379Naomi is a native of the Tampa Bay area, and her parents still live in the same house where she was raised. She was first introduced to Credit Unions by her father, a Vietnam veteran who had served with the United States Air Force and was a member of MacDill Federal Credit Union, (now Grow). MacDill FCU gave Naomi her first car loan, an experience she never forgot and which changed her mind about her future. Instead of nursing, she chose a career in finance, first working in auto lending before becoming a Mortgage Loan Officer with GTE Federal Credit Union. Naomi has more than 20 years’ of experience in home finance and is very involved in the local real estate community. What she loves about her job is helping members select the right home loan for their plans. In her free time, she relaxes by watching her daughters skate and perform on the balance beam.
We’re in the business of growing dreams, and we can make your dream of home ownership real with a variety of home loan options to fit almost every buyer.
Let Naomi help you open the door to your new home. To learn more, contact her by phone or email, or if you’re ready to get started, you may begin the application process now.
Apply for a MortgageHow to Find Your Routing & Account Numbers
When you make a payment online, by phone or on a mobile device, you may be asked for our routing number and your checking account number. Credit unions and banks use these numbers to identify accounts and make sure money gets where it’s supposed to be. You’ll also need to provide your routing and checking account numbers for:
- Direct deposits
- Electronic checks
- Military allotments
- Wire transfers
Where to Find Your Routing & Checking Account Numbers
Your personal checks include both our routing number and your account number, as shown on the Grow check example below.
Don’t have a Grow check? No worries.
Visit any Grow store and ask for a Direct Deposit Form. It lists both your routing number and checking account number.

- Grow Online Banking (Preferred payment method for any loan)
This is the simplest way to pay your loan. You can make one-time payments or set up automatic recurring payments in Grow Online Banking. Once you log in, select “Transfer/Payments” from the menu. If you’re not enrolled in Grow Online Banking yet, you can set up your account in just a few minutes.

Pay by Mail
