Online and Mobile Banking Account Deletion Policy

Find out how to proceed with a request to delete your Grow Online and Mobile Banking account and review the important information about what data will be removed and retained during the process.

Steps to request account deletion

Please contact us to let us know that you would like to delete your Grow Online and Mobile Banking account by any of the following methods:

  • Send us a secure message in Message Center while logged in to your account.
  • Call us at 800.839.6328. Our Member Contact Center is available Monday through Friday, 7 am to 7 pm, and Saturday and Sunday, 9 am to 6 pm.
  • Stop by the nearest Grow store and speak with a team member.

Details about your data

When you request the deletion of your account, the following will happen:

  • App data
    • Your online and mobile banking profile will be deleted. Your username will no longer be associated with your financial accounts, personal data or app settings.
    • You won’t be able to access digital banking in the mobile app or online banking. You will need to re-enroll to use digital banking services.
    • Customized alert preferences will be deleted.
    • Scheduled one-time and recurring transfers will be cancelled.
  • Personal information
    • Your personally identifiable information such as your name, email address and phone number will be temporarily retained in our internal system for fraud prevention and to comply with data retention and audit requirements.
  • Transaction history
    • Records of transactions conducted within the app will be temporarily retained in our internal system for fraud prevention and to comply with data retention and audit requirements.
  • App usage data
    • Records of your activity and usage within the mobile application will be temporarily retained in our internal system for fraud prevention and to comply with data retention and audit requirements.

Please note that the deletion of data is permanent and cannot be undone.

If you’d like to re-enroll in Grow Online and Mobile Banking in the future, you may do so at any time following our normal account sign-up steps here.
