ProgramsInternships & Early-Career Programs
We’re eager to foster the next generation of financial professionals through our comprehensive internships and training programs. If you’re a recent college graduate or current student interested in exploring a career in the credit union industry, check out opportunities at Grow. We offer a dynamic environment where you can gain practical experience and develop your skills.
Credit Union Internships
We design internships for currently enrolled college students to provide hands-on learning opportunities in various aspects of financial services, from member service to information technology to operations. Departments who regularly host interns may include Community Development, Finance, Treasury, Information Security and more. By joining us, you’ll gain valuable industry insights and become part of a supportive community that encourages growth, innovation and personal development. Find available internships now by browsing all available job openings.
Finance Management Training Program
Our Finance Management Training Program (FMTP) is an 18-month rotational program designed for recent college graduates to identify and cultivate potential leadership candidates for careers in finance management. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, team-oriented creative thinkers who possess a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to make a positive contribution toward our award-winning, collaborative culture.
Based on performance and successful completion of the 18-month program, the trainee will be eligible to apply for a position within Grow. We offer this specialized training program periodically and accept applications at select times during the year. When the application period for the program is open, we’ll post a FMTP position on our jobs portal for candidates to apply.
What You’ll Do
The program takes a three-tiered, holistic approach to talent development:
- First, a focus on the self and the practical application of Gallup® CliftonStrengths® — a research-based assessment to help you discover and enhance your professional skill set.
- Second, a focus on credit union business through practical, hands-on rotational work experience.
- Third, a focus on leadership, mentored by leaders within our organization.
This approach is done in conjunction with multi-functional rotations where trainees will work as an integral part of a team in achieving specific goals, with an evaluation on progress following each rotation.
The program is robust, immersing the trainee in all aspects of corporate finance, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, analytics, treasury, pricing and profitability management. Community service and networking activities are also involved.
“In the Finance Management Training Program, I learned quickly about the banking industry, credit union functions and various departments at Grow. It was a great way to jumpstart my career.”
– John Perren, Grow Financial Analyst, FMTP Graduate

Minorities/Females/Veterans/DisabledHow to Find Your Routing & Account Numbers
When you make a payment online, by phone or on a mobile device, you may be asked for our routing number and your checking account number. Credit unions and banks use these numbers to identify accounts and make sure money gets where it’s supposed to be. You’ll also need to provide your routing and checking account numbers for:
- Direct deposits
- Electronic checks
- Military allotments
- Wire transfers
Where to Find Your Routing & Checking Account Numbers
Your personal checks include both our routing number and your account number, as shown on the Grow check example below.
Don’t have a Grow check? No worries.
Visit any Grow store and ask for a Direct Deposit Form. It lists both your routing number and checking account number.
Making a Loan Payment
When it comes to making payments, we try to make it as painless as possible to pay your loan every month. We have several different ways to pay, including convenient online options.

- Grow Online Banking (Preferred payment method for any loan)
This is the simplest way to pay your loan. You can make one-time payments or set up automatic recurring payments in Grow Online Banking. Once you log in, select “Transfer/Payments” from the menu. If you’re not enrolled in Grow Online Banking yet, you can set up your account in just a few minutes.

Pay by Mail
