Embracing Differences, Together

Humans are different…and different is good. Our differences from one another make us individuals. At Grow, we strive to be a positive reflection of the community and world in which we live — a world made rich by its diversity and strengthened when we embrace all people. We celebrate and value the backgrounds, cultures and perspectives that make our team members who they are and embrace each person’s individuality as a unique contribution to the whole.

But we don’t stop there. We challenge ourselves to know more, question our biases and display empathy instead of judgment. We work to evolve and move forward, continually educating ourselves and expanding our circles so that we can build bridges across cultures and be advocates in the movement for social justice. Embracing diversity and fostering inclusion sparks innovation and drives our workplace, our communities and our world forward.

About Our Diversity Committee

For over 20 years, the Diversity Committee has been committed to promoting and celebrating diversity, in our workplace and our community. Committee members bring their passion for diversity, equity and inclusion to create engagement and learning opportunities for our team as a whole. We strive to promote and celebrate the unique differences that all individuals have to grow our understanding, respect and appreciation for the basic human experience we all share. We believe that by embracing diversity, we can challenge stereotypes and personal biases and work towards education and interaction to build bridges across cultures.
