What’s new:

  • If you don’t use your online banking services for 180 days, we may deactivate your access. Reactivate by calling our Member Contact Center or stopping by a store.
  • After 365 days of inactivity, your online banking access will be removed. You’ll need to re-register to regain access.
  • You’ll continue getting eStatement notifications, if subscribed to eStatements, even if your online banking access is deactivated or deleted. To view the eStatements, you’ll need to reactivate your online banking account.
  • Prefer paper statements? Let us know, and we can switch you over (fees may apply).
