Grow Financial Celebrates Triple Recognition as 2024 Top Workplace
We’re thrilled to share a momentous achievement: Grow has been recognized with three 2024 Top Workplace awards. Locally, we’ve been awarded the second place spot on Top Workplaces in Tampa Bay by the Tampa Bay Times! Nationally, we’ve earned a spot as a Top Workplace USA by USA TODAY and a Top Workplace for Remote Work by Monster.com. This triple recognition is a testament to our incredible team members, who work each day to serve our members and communities. Thank you to our entire team for your unwavering commitment to creating a supportive and empowering work environment for everyone!
Top Workplaces in Tampa Bay
First, we’re honored to have secured a coveted spot on the Top Workplaces in Tampa Bay list by the Tampa Bay Times for the 13th year in a row — ranking in second place for 2024 among large employers with over 500 employees! (Check out the full list here.) The ranking is based solely on anonymous feedback from our team members in a comprehensive survey conducted by Energage. We’re thrilled that team member responses highlighted the strengths of our organization and the value we place on team member satisfaction and well-being. One team member shared,
"The work environment is supportive and encouraging to personal as well as professional growth. The organization is active in the communities we serve and offers opportunities for individual employees to be involved as well."
Top Workplaces USA
In addition to being recognized locally, Grow has also been featured on the 2024 Top Workplaces USA list by USA TODAY. The award is based on the same anonymous survey responses, this time comparing Grow with dozens of other organizations at the national level. We’re proud to be recognized nationwide, an acknowledgment that underscores our commitment to providing a workplace where our team members can thrive. One team member said,
"The organization cares about its most precious resource — its people. The leadership is open and available to all, and we have a great sense of respect and collaboration among business units. I believe we do better and better year after year. I love the culture, the people, the leadership and the direction of the credit union."
Top Workplace for Remote Work
Lastly, we’re thrilled to join the first-ever lineup of Top Workplaces for Remote Work by Monster.com, a new addition to the Top Workplaces program. This inaugural list features 142 employers from across the United States, all of which have demonstrated their commitment to creating an exceptional remote work experience for their team members. Grow is one of only three credit unions in the country to receive this recognition.
We’ve embraced workplace flexibility as a permanent part of our strategy. Many team members enjoy the autonomy to work from wherever they do their best work, whether that’s from home, a Grow store or office, or a hybrid schedule. A team member shared that they enjoy “the freedom to work remotely and the trust that my team has in me to do my job.” Another person said, “I love that in a remote work environment, there are so many ways to keep active and involved.”
Thank you to the entire team for your dedication, collaboration and feedback that made these 2024 Top Workplace awards possible!

How to Find Your Routing & Account Numbers
When you make a payment online, by phone or on a mobile device, you may be asked for our routing number and your checking account number. Credit unions and banks use these numbers to identify accounts and make sure money gets where it’s supposed to be. You’ll also need to provide your routing and checking account numbers for:
- Direct deposits
- Electronic checks
- Military allotments
- Wire transfers
Where to Find Your Routing & Checking Account Numbers
Your personal checks include both our routing number and your account number, as shown on the Grow check example below.
Don’t have a Grow check? No worries.
Visit any Grow store and ask for a Direct Deposit Form. It lists both your routing number and checking account number.
Making a Loan Payment
When it comes to making payments, we try to make it as painless as possible to pay your loan every month. We have several different ways to pay, including convenient online options.
Pay Online
You have two ways to pay online by transferring funds from another bank or credit union.
- Grow Online Banking (Preferred payment method for any loan)
This is the simplest way to pay your loan. You can make one-time payments or set up automatic recurring payments in Grow Online Banking. Once you log in, select “Transfer/Payments” from the menu. If you’re not enrolled in Grow Online Banking yet, you can set up your account in just a few minutes.

- Debit Card or ACH (Available for auto, personal loans and HELOCs)
Note: ACH and debit card payments are not available for credit cards or most mortgages, except HELOCs.
We accept ACH payments with no additional fees or Mastercard® and Visa® debit cards with a convenience fee of $4.95. To get started with an online ACH or debit card payment, select Pay Now below.

Pay by Mail
You can also pay any Grow loan by check through the mail. Please remember to include your account number and Grow loan number on the check. (For credit card payments, please do not write your 16-digit credit card number on the check, which can cause a delay in processing the payment.)
