Grow Financial Recognized as Great Place to Work® on Fortune’s Best Workplaces List
We’re thrilled to be named a Fortune Best Workplace in Financial Services and Insurance™ for 2023! We ranked 32 among small and medium companies nationally, based exclusively on feedback from our team members through the Great Place to Work® national survey.
Monica Ayoub, VP of Human Resources, shared, “Our success as an organization is a result of the collaborative efforts of our team members who bring their unique individual strengths, diverse perspectives and experiences to the table. Their commitment to our members and communities is inspiring — they truly represent our mission of serving people over profit.”
Feedback From Our Team Members
When you think about what makes a company a great place to work, what comes to mind? For our team members, a great place to work involves culture, values, benefits, open communication, leadership, professional growth opportunities, work-life balance and much more. We’re always so grateful to hear from our team members and better understand what makes Grow a Great Place to Work®. That way, we can keep innovating, collaborating and doing the work that brings us purpose — serving people, not profit! We received so much insightful and meaningful feedback. Here’s some of what our team members had to say:
“Our organization is always evolving. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our member and team member experience. Grow also values the impact we have on our communities. I feel good about where I work and what I do every day.”
“The people of Grow truly try to make a positive impact on our members, communities and each other. There is no shortage of efforts available to join to give something to someone, and that’s nurtured in the organization. Leaders care about their people and do what they can to develop them and improve the organization.”
“Our leadership team makes it a wonderful place to work, as well as my teammates. They make me feel welcomed and are always willing to help no matter what the situation is.”
“I’ve noticed diversity is not just tolerated or accepted but embraced and actively leveraged as a strength of the company’s culture by middle and senior management.”
“The culture of the organization makes you proud to be a part of it — the way we care about the communities we serve and how we are an active part of those communities.”
"Grow is a happy place to work. Team members are kind, welcoming and supportive. I feel valued!"

How to Find Your Routing & Account Numbers
When you make a payment online, by phone or on a mobile device, you may be asked for our routing number and your checking account number. Credit unions and banks use these numbers to identify accounts and make sure money gets where it’s supposed to be. You’ll also need to provide your routing and checking account numbers for:
- Direct deposits
- Electronic checks
- Military allotments
- Wire transfers
Where to Find Your Routing & Checking Account Numbers
Your personal checks include both our routing number and your account number, as shown on the Grow check example below.
Don’t have a Grow check? No worries.
Visit any Grow store and ask for a Direct Deposit Form. It lists both your routing number and checking account number.
Making a Loan Payment
When it comes to making payments, we try to make it as painless as possible to pay your loan every month. We have several different ways to pay, including convenient online options.
Pay Online
You have two ways to pay online by transferring funds from another bank or credit union.
- Grow Online Banking (Preferred payment method for any loan)
This is the simplest way to pay your loan. You can make one-time payments or set up automatic recurring payments in Grow Online Banking. Once you log in, select “Transfer/Payments” from the menu. If you’re not enrolled in Grow Online Banking yet, you can set up your account in just a few minutes.
