2023 Board of Directors

The Board of Directors Nominating Committee of Grow Financial Federal Credit Union (“Grow Financial”) has nominated Richard Reeder and Trisha Cram to the Board of Directors for 2023. When there is only one nominee for each position to be filled, the bylaws specify that an election will not be conducted by ballot, and there will be no nominations from the floor. Nominations may be made by petition in accordance with the bylaws, signed by at least 500 primary members and received no later than April 15, 2023. The annual meeting will be held at 5:00 pm on Thursday, May 25, 2023, at the Grow Financial Corporate Headquarters, 9927 Delaney Lake Drive, Tampa.

Owner of Reeder & Associates, PA; Performs audits of not-for-profit organizations, employee benefit plans, construction companies and homeowner associations
Over 35 years of auditing experience including 10 years with international accounting firms
Currently serves on the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Quality Management Standards Task Force and the AICPA Practice Management Task Force for Government and Compliance Audits
Previously served as the Chair of the AICPA Peer Review Board, as an at-large member of the AICPA Governing Council and as an executive committee member of the AICPA Government Audit Quality Center
Former FICPA Peer Review committee chair, former member of the board of directors of the Construction Financial Management Association and the Institute of Internal Auditors, past treasurer of the Carrollwood Area Business Association

Education: Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Bowling Green State University; Certified Public Accountant
