Grow Financial in Top 50 on Best Workplaces in Financial Services & Insurance™ 2022 by Fortune
Fortune and Great Place to Work teamed up again to award the Best Workplaces in Financial Services and Insurance™ for 2022. We’re proud to rank in the top 50 nationally! The best workplaces list is created based exclusively on anonymous team member surveys, so we’re especially encouraged by our team members’ positive feedback.
Survey methodology for Best Workplaces
To create the Best Workplaces in Financial Services and Insurance™ list, Great Place to Work analyzed responses from 176,000 employees from companies in the financial services and insurance industries. The survey aims to capture the employee experience in the areas of trust, respect, credibility, fairness, pride and camaraderie. Companies with 10 to 999 people are considered for the small and medium category, which includes Grow. We had record survey participation this year, with over 400 of our 550 team members contributing feedback.
Belonging and inclusion at Grow
Among hundreds of survey responses and comments from our team members, a common theme emerged: an appreciation for the sense of belonging and inclusion found at Grow. One team member said, “The connection I’m able to make with team members all across the organization makes me feel like I am a part of something.” Another commented, “At Grow Financial, new ideas are encouraged, heard, and then acted upon. This is not common everywhere and makes me feel like I am a valuable member of the team.”
The uplifting nature of these comments and many others was sure to put a smile on the face of Marsha Falkenburg, VP of People Development Group, the department responsible for cultivating professional development and engagement opportunities for our team members. She said, “We aim to keep a sense of belonging as part of our internal team culture. Everyone is welcome, and everyone can bring their own passion areas and contribute here. It’s awesome that so many people noted inclusiveness and feeling valued as something special and noteworthy about working at Grow.”
Uniting around our company mission to serve people, not profit, also serves to align our organization on an ongoing basis, especially in an environment where we have a distributed workforce with team members working in person and remotely from home. Falkenburg continued, “Our culture starts with a shared commitment to doing what’s right and making a difference in the lives of our members. It’s a huge part of what serving people over profit is all about, so that central mission really brings us together here.”
Thank you to our team members for your positive feedback and ongoing contributions to making our organization a best workplace!

How to Find Your Routing & Account Numbers
When you make a payment online, by phone or on a mobile device, you may be asked for our routing number and your checking account number. Credit unions and banks use these numbers to identify accounts and make sure money gets where it’s supposed to be. You’ll also need to provide your routing and checking account numbers for:
- Direct deposits
- Electronic checks
- Military allotments
- Wire transfers
Where to Find Your Routing & Checking Account Numbers
Your personal checks include both our routing number and your account number, as shown on the Grow check example below.
Don’t have a Grow check? No worries.
Visit any Grow store and ask for a Direct Deposit Form. It lists both your routing number and checking account number.
Making a Loan Payment
When it comes to making payments, we try to make it as painless as possible to pay your loan every month. We have several different ways to pay, including convenient online options.
Pay Online
You have two ways to pay online by transferring funds from another bank or credit union.
- Grow Online Banking (Preferred payment method for any loan)
This is the simplest way to pay your loan. You can make one-time payments or set up automatic recurring payments in Grow Online Banking. Once you log in, select “Transfer/Payments” from the menu. If you’re not enrolled in Grow Online Banking yet, you can set up your account in just a few minutes.
