Grow Financial Named Top Workplace for 2018
Grow Financial has been named Tampa Bay’s Top Workplace for 2018 by the Tampa Bay Times!
Our team members nominated us for this honor and submitted surveys covering several topics, including practices and policies that make companies top places to work. Their positive feedback earned us the number one spot… again! We’ve been ranked among the top workplaces in Tampa Bay every year since 2012 and even found the top spot once before in 2014.
“Of everything we’ve accomplished as a team over the years, this is the one honor I am most proud of,” Grow Financial CEO Bob Fisher said. “Because we’ve achieved something very rare in the life of a company – we’ve hired the right people at every position. The best people, who’ve embraced the culture of member obsession and who are committed to helping our members achieve life beyond the everyday.”
In the Tampa Bay region, nearly 190 leading employers were nominated by their employees. To be considered for participation, companies or government entities had to employ at least 50 workers in Florida and be at least a year old.
The companies were ranked based on leadership, compensation and training, workplace flexibility, and diversity. The rankings were published on tampabay.com on April 6 and featured in the April 8 edition of the Tampa Bay Times and April 9 edition of tbt*.
The Top Workplaces 2018 in Tampa Bay program was created by the Tampa Bay Times and Energage.
“This is the ninth year we’ve been able to simultaneously shine the spotlight on some terrific workplaces and draw lessons on what it takes to be successful,” Times Business Editor Jeff Harrington said. “We’re especially heartened to see such a healthy mix of newcomers and repeat standouts, underscoring the diversity and vibrancy of the local economy.
Thank you to all of our team members who have once again made Grow Financial the top workplace in Tampa Bay!

How to Find Your Routing & Account Numbers
When you make a payment online, by phone or on a mobile device, you may be asked for our routing number and your checking account number. Credit unions and banks use these numbers to identify accounts and make sure money gets where it’s supposed to be. You’ll also need to provide your routing and checking account numbers for:
- Direct deposits
- Electronic checks
- Military allotments
- Wire transfers
Where to Find Your Routing & Checking Account Numbers
Your personal checks include both our routing number and your account number, as shown on the Grow check example below.
Don’t have a Grow check? No worries.
Visit any Grow store and ask for a Direct Deposit Form. It lists both your routing number and checking account number.
Making a Loan Payment
When it comes to making payments, we try to make it as painless as possible to pay your loan every month. We have several different ways to pay, including convenient online options.
Pay Online
You have two ways to pay online by transferring funds from another bank or credit union.
- Grow Online Banking (Preferred payment method for any loan)
This is the simplest way to pay your loan. You can make one-time payments or set up automatic recurring payments in Grow Online Banking. Once you log in, select “Transfer/Payments” from the menu. If you’re not enrolled in Grow Online Banking yet, you can set up your account in just a few minutes.
