Grow Financial Gives $46,108 to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital
Life is all about growing the greater good! After a full year of fundraising, Grow Financial presented a check for $46,108 to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital on January 30, 2018.
Kelly Gratz, regional event specialist, is proud to partner with Grow Financial and accepted the check on behalf of St. Jude.
“Grow Financial is the ultimate partner,” Gratz said. “Grow supports St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital by monetary sponsorships, peer-to-peer fundraising and customer engagement. It’s because of partners like Grow that no family ever pays St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food and we can continue our founders’ dream that no child should die in the dawn of life.”
Back in 2014, Grow Financial team members voted for the top two charities to support and the winners were… St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and Fisher House. All Grow fundraisers for the last four years were organized by the Charity Committee, led by Justin Yent, and the money raised was donated to one of these two charities.
“We wanted to help support charities that were national so that all team members were able to participate in fundraising activities,” Yent said. “Growing the Greater Good is part of our GNA and by supporting the local communities that we live in, we’re giving back and showing that we care about the people we work with and our members.”
Grow team members love to give back, so there were plenty of fundraising opportunities throughout the year. These included charity bingo at Hamburger Mary’s, monthly internal auctions for parking spots, Candy Grams, bake sales, pies to the face, carwashes, waffle sales and a golf tournament.
From here on out, community service at Grow Financial will be facilitated by employees under the new Grow Financial Foundation, which will serve as the hub of all Grow Financial’s charitable giving and volunteer activities. The foundation will continue to oversee the annual St. Jude pinup campaign in the stores in April and October and support the St. Jude Walk/Run with volunteers.
Stay tuned for more information about the impact that Grow Financial employees will have in your community through the Grow Financial Foundation!

How to Find Your Routing & Account Numbers
When you make a payment online, by phone or on a mobile device, you may be asked for our routing number and your checking account number. Credit unions and banks use these numbers to identify accounts and make sure money gets where it’s supposed to be. You’ll also need to provide your routing and checking account numbers for:
- Direct deposits
- Electronic checks
- Military allotments
- Wire transfers
Where to Find Your Routing & Checking Account Numbers
Your personal checks include both our routing number and your account number, as shown on the Grow check example below.
Don’t have a Grow check? No worries.
Visit any Grow store and ask for a Direct Deposit Form. It lists both your routing number and checking account number.
